Sessions are scheduled on filing of an application that starts a family law case, and when a moving party brings a motion to change a final order. The applicant or moving party will receive two notices: one that advises when the applicant should attend the MIP and one that advises when the other party is to attend the MIP. Members of the public are welcome to attend Mandatory Information Program sessions, but registration is required.
