Ontario Historical Society

The Ontario Historical Society is a non-governmental group that is focused on preserving aspects of Ontario's history.

It provides a forum for individuals, organizations, and institutions to exchange ideas, research, and experiences. Encourages, supports, sponsors, and assists museums, historical societies, and other cultural groups.

It supports over 350 affiliated societies.
