Offers free support and recovery programs to people across Ontario.

Programs include Peer Support, Recovery, Early Intervention Psychosis Program, Family Matters Peer Support and Recovery Program, Students and Young Adults, Mental Health in the Workplace, Online Programs, Moving Lives Forward Scholarship - financial assistance to people with mood disorders in acquiring additional education or vocational skills.


Individuals 16 years and older dealing with mood disorders (depression, bipolar disorder and related anxiety disorders), their families, friends, health professionals, the public; & an Early Intervention Program for individuals 14 to 35 years old.
