Anonymous HIV Testing

Programs that offer HIV antibody testing or other screening procedures to individuals who do not wish to divulge personal identifying information to the testing site. People who are tested are identified by a unique number assigned by the test site. Anonymous HIV testing is done independently from Sexually Transmitted Disease (STD) testing.

 

Services

Provides rapid, anonymous HIV testing, confidential STI screening (syphilis, chlamydia and gonorrhea), HPV vaccination (Gardasil 9 – available for men 26 years old and younger), and free safer sex supplies.

This program operates in partnership with Hamilton Public Health Services.

Provides two types of anonymous AIDS/HIV testing:

Point of Care Testing or Rapid Testing involves pricking your finger and testing your blood while you wait.  Negative test results are returned immediately.  Positive tests are sent to a public health laboratory for standard testing.
