Programs for pre-school aged children include:

Kinder Camp (Ages 4-6 yrs: may allow 3 year olds)

Red Cross Swimming Lessons - (3 months and up)

Evening Programs:

Active Kids Camp (Ages 6 years-12 years: may allow 5 year olds): free, physical sport and fitness activities

Active Girls (Ages 7 yrs and older): free, physical sport and fitness activities

Creative Girls (Ages 7 yrs and older): free, arts and craft activities

Girls Dance (Ages 7 yrs and older): free

Girls Fit (Ages 13 yrs and older): free

Girls Night-In (Ages 7 yrs and older): free, program designed to motivate and encourage young females - discussions on current issues, fitness and nutrition, physical activities

Open Swims (Ages 5-10 yrs)

Red Cross Swimming Lessons (Ages 6 yrs and older)

Camp Girls Edition (Ages 8-12 years: may allow 7 year olds)

Saturday Kids' Club (Ages 5-12 yrs): $ 5 drop in fee

games, sports, crafts, swimming and more

Leaders in Training (Ages 12 yrs and older): learn leadership, communication, discipline skills

Red Cross Babysitter Training (Ages 11-15 yrs): child behaviour, problem solving, dealing with emergencies, introduction to First Aid/CPR

After School Kids Zone and Girls Space:

Free, after school programs are offered in the following schools: Memorial (City), Hillcrest, Lisgar and G L Armstrong

Curriculum-based, hands on activities
