Provides compassionate care for pregnant and parenting youth and their children through a range of youth-friendly services and supports in a welcoming and safe environment.

Programs include:

High school (Section 23) on-site, through the Hamilton Catholic District School Board; work at your own pace with teacher assistance; a range of grade 9-12 courses offered

Residence for pregnant and parenting young women under 21 years of age and their children up to 2 years of age. The length of stay is based on individual needs

Licensed childcare for infants and toddlers

Outreach support through the Young Parent Navigator, who can meet pregnant and parenting youth up to 24 years of age and their families in the community and provide assistance accessing needed supports

Counselling on-site for a range of needs including but not limited to relationships, stress, parenting, and substance use

Prenatal classes- facilitated by Public Health, Thursday afternoons; open to partners and families

Parenting programs – Tuesday mornings; open to partners

"Time for Me” - Respite program that allows young parents to take a break and have their children cared for in a safe setting by child care providers

Ontario Early Years Centre (OEYC) on site - Thursdays 1-3 for young parents and their families

Eligibility

Prenatal classes, Parenting programs and Outreach support: age 24 years and under; moms, dads & partners welcome School and Residence: age 21 and under; pregnant & parenting moms only
